Join Chef Julie Francis and Sous Chef Amanda Bowman in the nectar Kitchen to learn how to prepare traditional fish and vegetable ceviches, and tiradito, the sliced marinated raw fish preparations with chiles from Peru.

Our Menu for the classes will include:

  • Ceviche Clasico with chile, corn, and sweet potato
  • Ceviche Mixto with calamari and shrimp
  • Seasonal Vegetable Ceviche
  • Aji Amarillo spiced Tiradito
  • Purple Corn Pudding
