We’re proud to bring in the wonderful women of The Spicy Olive, a local, family-owned emporium for the finest olive oils, spices and balsamic vinegar in the area! With shops in Hyde Park and Westchester, their fantastic products are easy to procure and will be featured in every dish on this month’s tour.

Charred artichoke and asparagus salad with 18 year balsamic onions, garlic croutons, lemon white balsamic aioli
Bruschetta with grilled gretna cheese, tomato, fig, basil, cherry balsamic reduction
Sautéed shrimp with coconut white balsamic, crispy sesame rice, pineapple chutney, jalapeno balsamic vinaigrette
Persian fried chicken with bulghur and spring vegetables, pomegranate balsamic reduction
Strawberry panna cotta with fig balsamic macerated berries and lavender tuille
